Performance issues are often a result of unclear expectations. In many businesses, people mistakenly believe that expecting others to behave the way they want, will actually make them behave that way. This type of implicit contract leads to all sorts of problems – particularly when it comes to performance.
We focus on building a solid foundation for performance from setting clear expectations, supporting with goal setting & KPI’s and implementing appraisal systems to creating a framework for performance focused on outcomes and designed to develop each employee’s innate abilities. We also work with managers to upskill them in the art of delivering feedback - giving managers the tools they need to foster individual growth.
